First let's start with small tips on computer to speed up your PC and about its maintenance...

1. Disk Cleanup: It is a vital part of computer maintenance to remove your junk file and Shortcuts in your computer which is no longer in use. To Open Disk Cleanup do as Following:
Open Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools
Here you will find Disk Cleanup, Open the Application...
Choose your Drive (C:\, D:\, E:\....) and click on "OK". You will see many options in the small screen with a check box in front of each option. Put a tick in each boxes and finally Press "OK". This way Clean your Other Drives also.
 
2. Disk Defragmenter: Another vital part of computer maintenance to link your file. Files are not stored in our computer as a block like our books. They are stored in binary data which are stored in different location in your Hard Disk with the links to the other of the same file. Now it would take a long time if the file are spread in different places and linking would slow the loading speed so why don't we let the computer arrange those file as its own convenience...
To Open Disk Defragmenter do as Following:
Open Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools
Here you will find Disk Defragmenter, Open the Application...
Choose your Drive (C:\, D:\, E:\....) and click on "DEFRAGMENT" and let it do its work. This will not boost up your computer but it will don't let your computer to slow down.
Do this 2 Work once a week to keep your PC running...
